here it is nearing the end of Feb. and March will begin to tease us with hints of spring, at least we all hope so. Saying good-by to this long cold winter will be a relief to us, for sure. Bless my meditation class. They have braved the elements and been here each Sat. AM. We have just 2 more weeks of classes and the time seems to just zip by.

We are acquiring lots more participants for Global Oneness now that we are meeting at 1:30 PM on the usual first Sunday afternoon of the month. We will be discussing Being Peace. Our day to meet in March will be right on the 1st. This activity is open to anyone, but I do like to know if you plan to come so I will have seating and hand outs ready to go. A reminder about parking: When the snow is gone, you can park directly in front of the house, otherwise the Barber Inst. parking lot across the road is always available. We are allowed to use it. Please leave the driveway open for tenants.

A special thanks to everyone who responds to the prayer requests. Day after day we are faced with choices in how we react to the woes of the world. To care and yet not become a wreck over it all is a very fine balancing act. As I always stress, keeping our own lives and environment a haven from the world is what it takes. Then share it with the people in your life and maybe some strangers. That "grass roots" stability is the most important contribution we can make. Add a good dose of gratitude, we will stay quite stable.

The following is a special message for the new year from the entity that I channel, Malcha:

To all who care to learn, be at peace, my children, and see that all ye do comes from thy heart and not from fear or anger. We are a collective energy that each one of us contributes to. This can be unmanageable chaos or a new awareness of higher, unprejudiced caring. The choice is up to each person. We are moving into a time of outwardly proving what we have become over many lifetimes. No one will be excused from becoming who and what they truly are. Difficulties will continue for some time. So long as anyone is excluded from true universal caring, the strife will go on. Peace will come when each person is at peace and displays what authentic peace requires. And so, thy task is to do thy part, and this means RESPONDING to whatever crosses thy path and responding with authentic, unbiased caring. Think of what this can bring! It is not an impossible task, so before ye think, act, or speak in any way, be aware of the good or harm and hurtfulness this will contribute to thy world. The state of thy world in the days to come is entirely up to each and every human. It is THY world to do as ye wish with. It is helpful to realize that thy precious earth was the ultimate gift from thy creator. Ye have the choice to honor and cherish this or trample it in any ways that mankind wants. Also, be fully aware that every difficulty that exists is man-made and therefore can only be remedied by man. Think very carefully about what thy role can be at this time, for each person's contribution will determine the fate of humanity and the earth. Be wise, please, and heed this crucial opportunity. Blessings to all as ye create a new world. Amen to each of thee, amen.

This is the ONLY retirement group in the entire world specifically assigned to Spiritualists and open-minded believers. Located in a lovely setting adjacent to a wildlife conservancy and the Conewango Creek, this 1900s converted mansion is in an ideal setting a few blocks of Walmart, banking, and other conveniences. Presently Circle of the Soul Retirement house consist of 3 apartments, the largest occupied by owner, Lynn Caufman, and 2 one bedroom apartments with room for expansion of 2 additional private living quarters. Though in fine condition, many improvements are in the making, and yes, all kinds of plans. The first is to set up an exercise area in the usable, dry basement. So, we are in need of purchasing good used equipment, anything from small weights to an exercise bike. This will be available to anyone associated with Circle of the Soul. A separate basement room is ideal for a “basement garden,” a greenhouse type lighted arrangement to grow veggies the year round. Being on a small lot, there is room for an outside garden, too, with the intention of filling the rest of the entire area with plants where never a lawn mower will be heard!

Small classes will continue as they always have: meditation, Reiki and occasional other events. Readings, regression sessions, and Circle of the Soul other offerings will also be available. Our format is altered a little in a brand new location for quality living and spiritual activities.

If you are curious or seriously interested, please give me a call to discuss details. If the 2 apartments are rented, I will maintain a waiting list of which there would be no obligation until contacted upon availability. First preference is given to Spiritualists and non-sectarians. My intent is to provide a multiple home for we who are aging and do not fit in with conventional retirement arrangements. Downsizing does not need to be downgrading.
